Once we receive your order form (usually within 4-10 business days) we immediately send out a confirmation email that will include a link to the learning materials download page.

If you do not have  a printer, simply download our order form HERE and print clearly on a piece of paper all of the information required on the form. Send in your order form and within 4-10 business days you will receive a confirmation email with a link to our depression e-book download page.
