Tequila gimlet
Ingredients:
1 oz Lemon juice
1/4 oz Rose's Lime Juice
2 oz white Tequila
Mixing instructions:
Shake well with ice in a shaker and strain into a chilled cocktail
glass.
Tequila matador
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Tequila
3 oz Pineapple juice
Juice of 1/2 Lime
Mixing instructions:
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a champagne flute, and
serve.
Tequila sour
Ingredients:
2 oz Tequila
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1 tsp Powdered sugar
1/2 slice Lemon
1 Cherry
Mixing instructions:
Shake tequila, juice of lemon, and powdered sugar with ice and strain
into a whiskey sour glass. Add the half-slice of lemon, top with the
cherry, and serve.
Tequila sunrise
Ingredients:
2 measures Tequila
Orange juice
2 dashes Grenadine
Mixing instructions:
Pour tequila in a highball glass with ice, and top with orange juice.
Stir. Add grenadine by tilting glass and pouring grenadine down side by
flipping the bottle vertically very quickly. The grenadine should go
straight to the bottom and then rise up slowly through the drink.
Garnish stirrer, straw and cherry-orange.
Thug Heaven
Ingredients:
2 oz Alizé
2 oz Skyy Vodka
Mixing instructions:
Fill cocktail glass with ice and mix the two ingredients.
Triplesex
Ingredients:
2 parts Smirnoff Vodka
2 parts Triple sec
3 parts Sweet and sour
Pineapple juice to taste
Mixing instructions:
Fill a glass with ice. Pour first 3 three ingredients then adjust
pineapple juice to taste. Suck it down:)
Toblerone
Ingredients:
3 cl Frangelico
3 cl Kahlua
3 cl Bailey's irish cream
6 cl Cream, fresh
1 tblsp Honey
Mixing instructions:
Blend with ice and serve in a tall glass. Garnish with chocolate flakes
and optionally chocolate topping drizzled down the inside of the glass.
Tokyo Rose
Ingredients:
1 part Vodka (Grey Goose)
1 part Sake
1 part Midori melon liqueur
Mixing instructions:
Mix equal parts in a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes. Shake
well. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry.
Tom Collins
Ingredients:
2 oz Gin
1 oz Lemon juice
3 oz Club soda
Mixing instructions:
Mix ingredients in collins glass and serve.
Tootsie Roll
Ingredients:
1/3 oz Tia maria
1/3 oz Dark Creme de cacao
1/3 oz Frangelico
Mixing instructions:
Because of the darkness of this particular shooter, layering is not
necessary.
Topaz
Ingredients:
3 oz Scotch
1 1/2 oz Butterscotch schnapps
1 tblsp Galliano
Mixing instructions:
Cobine ingredients in a shaker 2/3 filled with ice. Shake well, and then
strain into a cocktail glass.
