Rattle Snake

Ingredients:

1 Bailey's Irish cream
1 Kahlua
1 Crème de cacao


Mixing instructions:
Layer Kahlua, Crème de Cacao & Bailey's. Can be made in Shot glass, test tube, or tumbler - I sometimes use a wine glass.


Raw Sewage

Ingredients:

1 shot Blue Curacao
1 shot Vodka
1 dash Grenadine
3-4 Ice
Fill Pineapple juice


Mixing instructions:
Mix together, shake, and serve.


Rob Roy

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Scotch
3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 dash Angostura bitters
1 Maraschino cherry


Mixing instructions:
Stir ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry.

Rocket Fuel

Ingredients:

1 shot 160 proof Vodka
1 shot Tequila
1 shot White rum


Mixing instructions:
Mix all in glass and drink rapidly

Roller Coaster

Ingredients:

2 parts Amaretto
3 parts Grapefruit juice


Mixing instructions:
Pour into glass with ice and shake vigorously.


Root Beer

Ingredients:

2 oz Vodka
6 oz Pepsi Cola
1 splash Galliano


Mixing instructions:
Fill a large glass with ice. Add vodka and fill glass with Pepsi (Do NOT substitute Coke). Swirl a splash of Galliano on top.


Root Beer Fizz

Ingredients:

2 oz Gin
1 oz Lemon juice
1 tsp superfine Sugar
4 oz Root beer
1 Maraschino cherry


Mixing instructions:
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the gin, lemon juice, and sugar. Shake well. Strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes. Add the root beer. Stir well. Garnish with the cherry.


Root Beer Float

Ingredients:

1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Galliano
1/2 oz Light cream
Coca-Cola
Whipped cream


Mixing instructions:
Pour vodka, galliano, and light cream into a collins glass filled with ice cubes and stir well. Fill with cola, stir lightly, top with whipped cream, and serve.


Royal Butt

Ingredients:

1/2 oz Crown Royal
1/2 oz Butterscotch schnapps (Buttershots)


Mixing instructions:
Shake with ice. Strain.

Royal Scandal

Ingredients:

1 part Crown Royal
1 part Southern Comfort
1 part Amaretto
1 splash Sweet and sour
1 splash Pineapple juice


Mixing instructions:
Add liquors and mixers into shaker w/ a few cubes of ice. Shake vehemently and strain out ice. Serve as a shooter.
