Dash of Sour Mix
Shake
Strain gently into second glass
so as not to disturb fruit or Grenadine
ESPRESSO MARTINI
Fill glass with ice
3 1/2 oz. Vanilla Vodka
or Coffee Vodka
or Vodka
3 oz. Espresso
Dash Coffee Liqueur (optional)
Dash Irish Cream (optional)
Shake
Strain into chilled glass
FARE-THEE-WELL
Fill glass with ice
1 1/2 oz. Gin
1 oz. Dry Vermouth
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
or Curacao
2 dashes of Sweet Vermouth
Shake
Strain into chilled glass
