Fill glass with ice
3 1/2 oz. Vodka
Dash Apple Cider
or Apple Juice
Shake
Dip rim of chilled glass in caramel
or drizzle onto inside of glass
Strain into chilled glass
CHAIN LIGHTNING
3 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
Shake
Serve or strain into chilled glass
Garnish with lemon

In blender:
1/2 cup of ice
1oz. Creme De Cacao
1oz. Coffee Liqueur
1oz. Black Raspberry Liqueur
Tbsp powdered Cacao
Scoop of chocolate ice cream
Blend until smooth
Top with whipped cream
Drizzle chocolate syrup on top

1/4 oz. Dry Vermouth
Stir
Strain into chilled glass
