1 oz Pineapple juice
1 dash Bitters

Ingredients:
1 oz Jack Daniels
Sweet and sour mix
1 oz Triple sec
Sprite
Mixing instructions:
Mix with ice and stir.
Jackson Phive
Ingredients:
1 shot Rum
1 shot Vodka
1 shot Amaretto
1 dash Sour mix
Cranberry juice
Mixing instructions:
Mix and serve on ice.

Ingredients:
1 oz Grenadine
2oz Spiced rum
1 oz Southern Comfort
Ginger ale
Mixing instructions:
Serve on the rocks.
Jamaican Fireball
Ingredients:
2 oz Vodka
1 oz Peach schnapps
Orange juice
Splash Cranberry juice
Mixing instructions:
Mix and serve in a Collins glass.
Jamaican Hop
Ingredients:
1 oz Coffee brandy
1 oz white Creme de cacao
1 oz Light cream
Mixing instructions:
Shake all ingredients and serve over ice
Japanese Fizz
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Blended whiskey
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1 tsp Powdered sugar
1 tblsp Port
1 Egg white
Carbonated water
Mixing instructions:
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a highball glass over two
ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water, stir, and serve.
