Irish Float

Ingredients:

1 glass Coca-Cola
1 oz Bailey's Irish cream


Mixing instructions:
Float Irish cream on top of the cola.

Irish Rickey

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey
Juice of 1/2 Lime
1 wedge Lime
Carbonated water


Mixing instructions:
Pour Irish whiskey and juice of lime into a highball glass over ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water and stir. Add the wedge of lime and serve.

Irish Pirate

Ingredients:

1 oz Spiced rum
1 oz Irish Mist


Mixing instructions:
Serve as a shooter.

Iron Butterfly

Ingredients:

1 oz Vodka
1 oz Kahlua
1 oz Irish cream


Mixing instructions:
Shake over ice and serve in a rocks glass.

Italian Stinger

Ingredients:

3/4 oz Brandy
1/2 oz Galliano


Mixing instructions:
Serve over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with lime.
