Iceberg
Ingredients:
1 oz White Creme de Menthe
1/2 oz Peppermint schnapps
1/2 oz Goldschlager
Milk
Mixing instructions:
Shake well and serve chilled in a Collins glass
Ice Bolts
Ingredients:
1 oz Kahlua
1 1/2 oz Tonic water
Mixing instructions:
Shake and serve chilled in rocks glass.
Ice Bear
Ingredients:
1 oz Blue Curacao
2 oz Vodka
Soda water
Mixing instructions:
Mix vodka and Curacao. Pour in a high glass. Fill it up with soda
Ice Pick
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Vodka
Iced tea
Lemon juice to taste
Mixing instructions:
Pour Vodka in Collins glass fill with iced tea. Stir in lemon to taste.
Iguana
Ingredients:
1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Tequila
1/4 oz Coffee liqueur
1 1/2 oz Sweet and sour
1/2 slice Lime
Mixing instructions:
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Add the lime slice and serve.
Imagine
Ingredients:
1 oz Rye whiskey
Ginger ale
1 tsp Lime juice
Mixing instructions:
Serve in a rocks glass.
Imperial Fizz
Ingredients:
1/2 oz Light rum
1 1/2 oz Blended whiskey
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1 tsp Powdered sugar
Carbonated water
Mixing instructions:
Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water) with ice and strain into
a highball glass over two ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water, stir,
and serve.
Indian Summer
Ingredients:
2 parts Amaretto
1 part Vodka
1 part Kahlua
Mixing instructions:
Serve as a shooter.
Irish Flag
Ingredients:
1/3 oz Green Creme de Menthe
1/3 oz Irish cream
1/3 oz Brandy
Mixing instructions:
Layer in a shot glass.
Irish Coffee
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey
1 tsp Brown sugar
Hot Coffee
Heavy cream
Mixing instructions:
Combine whiskey, sugar and coffee in mug and stir to dissolve. Float
cold cream gently on top. Do not mix.
