Caesar

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Vodka
Fill With Clamato juice
3 dashes Tabasco sauce
3 dashes Worcestershire sauce


Mixing instructions:
Line rim of glass with salt & pepper. Over ice add vodka, fill with Clamato Juice then add remaining ingredients. Garnish with celery stick.


Cement Mixer

Ingredients:

1 jigger Bailey's Irish cream
1 jigger Lime juice


Mixing instructions:
Take shot of Bailey's. With Bailey's in your mouth take shot of lime juice


Chambord Royal

Ingredients:

1 oz Chambord raspberry liqueur
1 oz Vodka
1 dash Cranberry juice
1 splash Pineapple juice


Mixing instructions:
Shake over ice. Garnished with a lemon.


Cactus Juice

Ingredients:

1 oz Tequila
1/2 oz Amaretto
Fill with Sweet and sour


Mixing instructions:
Fill Glass with ice. Pour ingredients in order.
 

Cherry Cola

Ingredients:


3/4 oz Spiced rum
3/4 oz Amaretto
Fill glass with Coca-Cola


Mixing instructions:
Combine and stir

 

Cold Shower

Ingredients:


Green Creme de Menthe
Club soda


Mixing instructions:
Use about 1:4 of reme de menthe to club soda, and stir.


Candy Apple

Ingredients:


2 oz Amaretto
1 oz Butterscotch schnapps
Fill with Apple juice


Mixing instructions:
Pour Amaretto and Butterscotch in a glass with ice. Fill with apple juice.


Chocolate Monkey

Ingredients:


1 shot Banana liqueur
2 shots Creme de cacao
2 scoops chocolate Ice-cream
1 oz Chocolate syrup
4 oz Chocolate milk or white milk
1 Whipped cream
1 Cherry
1 piece Banana


Mixing instructions:
Blend liqueurs with ice-cream, milk and syrup. pour into parfait glass, top with whipped cream and garnish with banana and cherry.

Cape Cod

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Vodka
3 oz Cranberry juice
1 wedge Lime


Mixing instructions:
Pour Vodka and Cranberry Juice into a High Ball glass over ice. Stir well, add the wedge of lime, and serve.

Che Guevara

Ingredients:

1 part Goldschlager
1 part Jose Cuervo Gold
1 part Jägermeister


Mixing instructions:
Pour in Jose Cuervo Gold, then Jägermeister. Top off with Goldschlager.
